Selected work across products, businesses and education.

Career records where and when I worked. These cases show the products, decisions and work behind that timeline.

01

Chief Product Officer

September 2024 — September 2025

HyperSpace

I joined HyperSpace as CPO to improve monetization and found a company that first had to become operable. I took control of spend, rebuilt how product and engineering worked, replaced engineering leadership and stabilised production, then used the new system to run experiments. The strongest, Energy, showed roughly 2× retention-curve AUC in a web A/B test.

Constraint
Production was unstable and hard to diagnose, delivery was chaotic and spend was uncontrolled, so no monetization experiment could be trusted
Outcome
~2× retention-curve AUC with Energy in a web A/B test · documented non-payroll costs cut ~74%

Chief Product Officer, International · Ray / ReactivePhone

September 2021 — May 2023

International Driving Theory at Ray

As CPO, International, I took over Ray's driving-theory apps outside its home market when their economics could not support growth. I rebuilt analytics and monetization, made paid acquisition work again and scaled the business, with the UK as its largest market.

Constraint
The international apps earned mostly from advertising, so paid acquisition could not become a reliable growth engine
Outcome
International revenue ~8× from Q1 2022 to Q1 2023 · UK ~73% of it by April 2023

Product Manager · Rambler&Co Search

December 2013 — September 2017

Rambler Search

Search was already making money for Rambler but was barely being developed. I set up regular product work, built a cross-functional team and took on the results page, monetization and our own search technology.

Constraint
Search made money but was barely being developed, and its team was two developers and a half-time administrator
Outcome
+95% search revenue, year over year

Product Manager · Rambler&Co Search

December 2013 — September 2017

Local Search for Rambler&Co

The search team's next stage: our search technology across Rambler&Co products, from Subbotniy and News to search across all of LiveJournal.

Constraint
Many Rambler&Co products needed search, but each team was solving that problem separately
Outcome
Our search in every Rambler&Co product that needs its own search · LiveJournal: about 1 billion documents, more than 5 TB

Product Manager · Rambler&Co Recommendations

December 2013 — September 2017

Recommendations and Rambler/Start

Rambler&Co's in-house recommendation system for media and service content: from the product hypothesis and a homepage A/B test to a recommendation API and the Rambler/Start extension for Chrome.

Constraint
2.47M users a day spent under a minute on Rambler and viewed only 1.47 pages on average
Outcome
~2.5× CTR and ~3× page depth in a Rambler homepage A/B test · Rambler/Start launched in Chrome
