Summary

Product leader with 12+ years in product management and 17+ years in technology, including more than 3 years at C-level in early-stage companies. My work has consistently been about finding the constraint that limits a product or business — search and recommendation quality, monetization, international expansion, retention, execution speed, or AI product quality — and building the system that removes it.

Where I am now

My work has moved closer to implementation: prototyping, building early versions myself, working directly with LLM APIs, retrieval and evaluations.

That is a deliberate preference, not a step back. The interesting part of product work is proximity to the product, the users and the execution — and the tools now make it possible for one person to test a hypothesis properly before a team commits to it.

I am looking for senior product work where that closeness is an advantage rather than something to delegate away.

Founder / Chief Product Officer

Scope AI business analyst for marketplace sellers

  • Building an AI business analyst that helps marketplace sellers turn their own commercial, advertising and operational data into decisions they can act on.
  • Built the AI-powered web and mobile applications hands-on.
  • Established automated marketplace data collection and interpretation workflows.
  • Signed and onboarded the first pilot customer.

September 2024 — September 2025

HyperSpace

Chief Product Officer

Scope All-in-one AI platform: one subscription to a curated catalogue of AI models for chat, images, video, text, voice and music

  • Joined to improve monetization and led a turnaround of how the company operated: production stability, observability, delivery and spend.
  • Built and ran the P&L; cut documented non-payroll operating costs by ~74%, stretching the effective operating horizon from about six months to about a year.
  • Moved product development to two-week sprints with clear ownership, and replaced the CTO as part of the turnaround.
  • Stabilised production with the new CTO through Sentry, logs, alerts and error instrumentation; daily failures stopped.
  • Energy, a single usage economy across models, showed ~2× retention-curve AUC in a web A/B test: 26.34% vs 13.13% without it.

Active development was frozen in 2025 after the next financing did not come through. HyperSpace remains live.

Tomus

Founder / Chief Product Officer

Scope iOS music theory and music-learning product

  • Built an iOS music-learning product from zero and delivered the MVP in approximately one month.
  • Launched internationally; first paying users arrived shortly after launch.
  • Covered product strategy, learning design, monetization and early experimentation.

Tomus continues as a founder project beyond this career period.

March 2019 — June 2023

Ray / ReactivePhone

Product Manager (part-time) → Chief Product Officer, International

Scope Mobile apps for drivers; company portfolio of 18M+ downloads

  • 2019 — September 2021: part-time product manager, mainly on Smart Driver, alongside other projects.
  • September 2021 — June 2023: CPO of the international direction, Ray's driving-theory apps for the UK, Poland, Italy and France.
  • Rebuilt analytics and monetization and ran a systematic experiment programme: in Poland, purchase conversion ~12× and ARPU ~5× year over year.
  • Made paid acquisition viable again and scaled the business: international revenue grew about 8× from Q1 2022 to Q1 2023, with the UK at ~73% of it by April 2023.
  • Developed and championed the strategy for taking the international product to the web; Ray launched it, and the UK web product is live.
  • Co-founder and CPO of RayScore: defined the next business model beyond exam prep, novice-driver scoring and B2B lead generation, and validated demand with a fake-door test.

Scope Search and recommendation products within Rambler's 45M+ MAU digital media ecosystem

  • Led the product work across public Search, monetization and the evolution of a small search team into a group of roughly ten people.
  • Search revenue grew 95% year over year; the team also turned its search capability into a reusable platform for Rambler properties.
  • Framed the product hypothesis for Rambler&Co's in-house recommendation system: approximately 2.5× CTR and 3× page depth in a Rambler homepage A/B test; the same API was then used in Rambler/Start.
