About
I came into product from engineering quality. Four years in QA, then senior QA, then leading a test team taught me something that still shapes how I work: a strategy that cannot be delivered reliably is not a strategy. Product ideas have to survive contact with real users, real data and real delivery constraints.
From there the work moved through search and recommendation systems at Rambler&Co, early-stage product roles, international B2C growth and monetization at Ray / ReactivePhone, and a product turnaround as CPO at HyperSpace. Different industries, different company sizes — but the same kind of problem each time.
How I think about it
Products and businesses are usually limited by one thing at a time. The work is to find which one actually binds, then build the system that removes it — not to improve everything at once. The constraints have looked different in every role:
- Search and recommendation quality
- Monetization
- International expansion
- Retention
- Product stability and delivery
- Execution speed
- Creating a product that does not exist yet
- AI product quality
Why I build now
For most of my career the way to test an idea was to convince a team to spend a cycle on it. That is no longer the only option. I prototype directly, use AI coding agents, work with LLM APIs and retrieval, and build evaluations — because a working version answers questions that a document cannot, and it answers them early enough to matter. This is why my founder projects exist: they are where the practice happens.
Founder projects
Gatok AI is an AI assistant over marketplace seller business data. Tomus is an iOS music-learning product I built from zero and launched internationally. AtajoPyme is a set of privacy-oriented browser tools for Argentine small businesses. They are small on purpose — the point is shipping and learning, not scale.
