Perpetuum Coaches

A two-sided coaching marketplace: building supply, connecting clients and coaches, and exiting the business.

85 certified coaches onboarded; revenue increased 300% year over year.

Exited: sold my stake to my business partner. She runs the business; I am no longer involved.

Two sides of the marketplace

This was my business. Coaches joined the platform, users searched for a coach, and the service connected them. As Founder & CEO, I recruited and onboarded 85 certified coaches. Supply was not a list of profiles alone: the business also needed a way to deliver the service and maintain customer engagement.

Growth, partnerships and delivery

Revenue increased 300% year over year during my involvement. Partnerships included Mail.ru, Kaspersky, HH.ru, Uchi.ru and IT-Karuna. I also led development and launch of a dedicated app for service delivery and customer engagement. These are historical results; they do not describe the business’s current revenue or partner relationships.

Exit

I eventually sold my stake to my business partner and exited. She now runs Perpetuum Coaches, and I am no longer involved.
