Startup mentor
HSE FEST 2023
Mentoring university startups at the 2023 All-Russian Festival of University Technological Projects.
Working with early ideas
I worked with startups at HSE FEST in 2023, providing mentorship and support. The experience broadened my exposure to different early-stage ideas and problems: looking across teams brings a different perspective from owning one product over time. This was separate from my 2020–2021 HSE teaching role.
Supporting evidence
The festival’s Certificate of Recognition credits my mentorship and support in guiding HSE FEST startups. It was issued under my historical name, Konstantin Kott. The certificate supports the mentoring role; it does not establish a count of startups or measured outcomes.
