Context
Many small-business tasks are too specific for generic software and too small to justify adopting a heavy SaaS workflow.
My role
I build the product as a founder, covering product scope, utility design, SEO structure and AI-assisted development.
Key decisions
Favour narrow, genuinely useful tools with clear search intent over a broad platform promise.
Process data locally in the browser where it improves trust and reduces friction.
What I took from it
For utility products the acquisition page and the product interface are often the same surface. It has to explain, earn trust and do the job at once.
